Nordic Media Monitoring Specialist in Tallinn (Relocation)

Then, you could be the right person to join our Nordic team in Tallinn. We are currently looking for both a Nordic and a local candidate for the position as Media Monitoring Specialist.

Your new role

As a Media Monitoring Specialist at Infomedia´s Service Hub in Tallinn, Estonia, you will work with media monitoring and media analysis. We will provide a complete training program, after which you will be working with/ supporting some of the biggest companies and organisations in the Nordic region.

You will join a Nordic team, and communication and collaboration with international colleagues will be an integral part of your day. While we tailor your tasks to match your skills and interests as much as possible, you should be motivated by working with a combination of tasks, including:

  • Correct and efficient selection of news content for specific clients.
  • Analysis of media content based on client-specific criteria.
  • Production of customer reports based on quantitative and qualitative data.
  • Production of written summaries of news articles and broadcast content.

The perfect match

Maybe you are a recent graduate from university, and maybe you have experience from similar roles within media, communication, journalism etc. However, your background is less important than the right skills and mindset. To us, the ideal candidate is someone who:

  • Is enthusiastic about delivering quality products to our customers.
  • Has top-rate communicative skills, both oral and written. A high level of English is a must, and it is a plus if you are familiar with one or more of the Nordic languages.
  • Is analytical, structured, and comfortable working with deadlines.
  • Is comfortable with getting to know new systems and tools – we use various tools in our daily work.
  • Is a team player. You will be collaborating with colleagues across the company, and we expect you to positively contribute to the team and our company.

We will help you get settled

Your future colleagues are local Estonians as well as ex-pats and newcomers from Denmark, Norway, Sweden, and Finland. Everyone will support you and help you get settled in Estonia, and you will receive full training and onboarding support from our senior colleagues.

We will also provide:

  • Comprehensive guidance in relocating from your home country to Estonia.
  • A welcome package including a paid stay in an apartment hotel during your first week. We will also assist you with finding permanent accommodation.
  • Private health care insurance. Estonia also offers free health care services for everyone who pays taxes in the country.

  • The opportunity to work remotely from your home office. It’s a requirement that you have a registered address in Estonia and have stable and fast Internet.
